3 - Do people migrate for many different reasons?.

Migration is an habitual phenomenon all over the world, people have been moving from one country or locality to another since humanity exists. But, is there a substantial differences in the reasons why people decide to leave their homelands?. In Argentina,  due to the military repression that occurred between 1976 and 1983 many people flee the country fearing for their lives and seeking for a safe place to express themselves and live unrestrained. Later, in the 1990s and mostly after the 2001 economical crisis, thousands of Argentines migrated to the United States  and Spain in search of better economical possibilities. Conversely,  Spain has gone from being a generator of emigration in the times of American colonization to being a recipient country of migration flow. From 1973, with the oil crisis, many Spanish natives returned. It is believed that this phenomenon also has been forced by declining labor attractiveness of host countries and other issues related to old age pension. This demographic condition remained stable in the country until ten years ago when, in response to economic instability, the adjustment measures and the high levels of unemployment, the expatriation process was reinitiated. On the contrary and as the result of sustained economic growth, Argentina has returned to receive their native inhabitants as well as to foreigners seeking new directions. Clearly, despite minor historical differences, large-demographic movements have been generated by the living conditions that countries have offered to citizens throughout the time.
